These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Davis Media ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. By engaging our services or using our website at davismedia.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Davis Media provides professional digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

• Local SEO and Google Maps ranking services
• Website design and development
• Paid advertising management

Service details, scope, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.

Google Ranking Services

Local SEO and Google ranking services are offered as one-time fees.

Davis Media offers a first page google rankings guarantee, provided that all required conditions are met by the client, including but not limited to:

• Timely provision of accurate business information
• Granting and maintaining required access to Google Business Profile and website
• Compliance with all recommendations and best practices
• No interference with active SEO work

If the guarantee is not met under these conditions, the client is eligible for a full refund.

Website Design & Development

Website creation services are provided as one-time fees. No performance guarantees apply unless explicitly stated in writing.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit card
• E-transfer
• Cryptocurrency (upon request)

Payment is required in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Full refunds apply only where an explicit performance guarantee has not been met.
• No refunds are provided for completed website design, advertising spend, or services rendered outside of guaranteed offerings.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
• Grant and maintain required access to platforms and accounts
• Respond promptly to requests necessary to perform services
• Follow professional recommendations provided by Davis Media

Failure to meet client responsibilities may void guarantees.

Davis Media is not responsible for:

• Search engine algorithm changes
• Ranking volatility or fluctuations
• Revenue loss, lead loss, or business interruption
• Account suspensions or penalties caused by third-party platforms

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

Davis Media reserves the right to terminate services immediately for reasons including but not limited to:

• Non-payment
• Breach of these Terms
• Abusive or unethical conduct
• Misrepresentation or unlawful activity

Clients may cancel services with 48 hours written notice. Fees incurred prior to termination remain payable.

All materials, strategies, and content created by Davis Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
